The chat module and AI Updater send notifications only if you are followed on a load. This works great for dispatchers. But if a manager or after-hours staff needs to receive notifications, they don’t get them and have to open each load and subscribe. By adding a role-level setting, it will be possible to automatically follow loads for notifications and for chat.
