When duplicate driver accounts appear, I can’t merge or remove them on my own and have to ask support each time. I keep finding more duplicates while working, so relying on support to merge and delete profiles is cumbersome.

I keep running into the same issue when importing Prepass transaction reports. The required mapping is not obvious, and I needed support to explain that I had to add and map the Amount column and correct the Exit datetime mapping. The error shown in preview did not make it clear how to fix the import myself.

I want ETA turned on automatically for every load so I don't have to enable it one by one. Right now some loads have it and some do not, and I have to set it manually inside each load.

I wasn't sure how to read time-off information. I expected a notification-style view, but I had to be directed to the Vacation Board to see approved requests and their status.

I expected to see the Tasks section in the left sidebar like other employees, but it was missing and I had to contact support to understand that visibility depends on a permission setting. It was not obvious why Tasks only appeared under my profile.

I need the API to let my tool edit load history in Datatruck.

When preparing a settlement batch, I need drivers to be shown in the order of my list. Right now the batch is disorganized, and I could not set or preserve the driver order I need.
