We need a notification once the driver is dispatched. When someone sends a dispatch to the driver, I am not aware of that. I need like a pop up that is impossible not to see, so I can be aware that one of the drivers I am tracking got a load (I made a list of my drivers in the DT app, and saved that view in the dispatch board, so if we can set it up to send a notification only for those drivers that would be great). Currently, I have to open each load chat individually to see if a driver has messaged me back. It would be more efficient if there was a notification system that alerts me when I receive a message in the load chat, so I don't have to manually check each one.

I have two tabs under the driver's name. I will try to explain the best I can, pardon my English. First tab for me personally appears to be useless, since it's showing pretty much the same thing as the other one (some of my colleagues only have 1 tab so I guess maybe it's only the thing I'm facing on my DT profile). When the driver delivers a load, and we close the load in the system, the driver status remains "at delivery", although the load is green (delivered). Then I have to manually switch the status to "ready" and refresh the page and the system will move the driver to the top of the dispatch board. Is there a way to make this process automatic? Once we close the load in the system, the DT detects that automatically and moves the driver to the top of the page (without us having to manually switch the status)? It makes the job a lot easier since it's visually much better for us to see the empty/ready/drivers who need a load at the top of the page.

Problem: In Settings → User Management → Drivers, the driver list shows all drivers regardless of status. Terminated, old, and inactive drivers stay visible alongside active ones, so customers can't get a clean view of who is actually using the app. Paragon Freight raised this directly — they want to check active app usage but the view is cluttered with drivers who no longer belong there. Proposed solution: Add a status filter (or default active-only view) to the Drivers tab under User Management, letting users hide or exclude inactive/terminated drivers from the list. A toggle or filter chip for "Active only / All / Inactive" would cover the need. Expected behavior: By default (or via a filter), only active drivers appear in the Drivers user-management view. Inactive/terminated drivers can still be surfaced on demand but aren't shown unless the user chooses to include them. Impact: Cleaner user-management view for verifying real app usage; reduces confusion for accounts with high driver turnover. Directly requested by a live onboarding account.

Extra-mile pay (non-revenue miles) currently has no dedicated field on driver statements. It's being forced into the general "Other Pay" line-item structure, which is built as a generic quantity × rate model — not a true miles/tariff calculation. This causes a display problem: a charge like 266 miles at $0.90/mile ($239 total) shows on the statement as "rate: 266" and "payment: $239." Drivers read this as a shortfall (they see "266" and expect $266, not $239), triggering pay disputes even though the calculation is correct. Why it matters Line-haul rate/RPM figures should not be affected by non-revenue mile pay — it needs to sit outside the standard earnings table (similar to how detention/layover are handled), so it doesn't skew RPM reporting.

Can you add the end point for: 1- fuel transactions and 2- open driver gross and driver expenses on the existing endpoint. on Open API for Yulivan Carriers and Cargolink Global Logistics. I want to be able to connect my internal management app.

I would like to have the ability to add the equipment type, such as Power only, reefer, and stepdeck, as a column in Financial Reports. This feature would help in categorizing and analyzing financial data based on equipment type, making it more comprehensive and useful for decision-making.

accounting uploads receipts, but drivers can't currently see them in the app. Requested so drivers can confirm reimbursements and avoid resubmitting the same receipt

We would like to have the ability to integrate DataTruck with Dropbox for managing driver documents. Our driver documents are already stored in Dropbox, and it would be very helpful if we could link our Dropbox account to DataTruck so that documents can be imported or synchronized automatically with the Driver Documents section. This would reduce manual uploads, help keep documents up to date, and make document management much more efficient. Having a Dropbox integration for driver documents would save time and simplify our workflow.

On the To do List for Fleet issues maintenance we need the Drivers Name as well. Currently you can only see truck or trailer number, when it was created etc. Please add the names of the drivers that are connected to the Truck or Trailer  for the schedule that is on
