I need version 1.0 brought back, or a way to choose between 1.0 and 2.0. Version 1.0 was mobile-friendly for us, and removing it left us without a usable mobile option.

I wanted to set a reminder for a driver's medical card expiration, including a notice 2 weeks before it expires, but I couldn't find where to do that in Datatruck and had to ask for step-by-step guidance.

I expected a driver to become "ready" after I filled in all their information, but I couldn't tell that assigning a truck and a payment tariff were the actual requirements. I had to contact support to understand what "not ready" meant.

We were manually checking factoring payments until support showed us the reconciliation flow. It is hard for us to figure out and run on our own, and it requires manual file preparation before upload.

I find the new Datatruck version difficult to use because the design feels worse than before and is making the product harder for me to navigate comfortably.

I needed to handle a load where one driver did the pickup and another finished the delivery, with pay split between both drivers. I had to ask how to do this because the split workflow was not clear to me.

I had trouble understanding how the QuickBooks integration mapping works and asked for training or online guidance. I can use it, but the chart mapping and payroll/bills logic are not easy to understand on my own.

I needed help finding where to control which tabs each user role can access. It was not obvious that role permissions are managed separately under settings and user management.

I needed help finding where to hide fields like check date or rate on the driver statement. The customization settings were not obvious to me.
