I needed help finding where to hide fields like check date or rate on the driver statement. The customization settings were not obvious to me.

If I create a scheduled payment by mistake, I can't delete it myself. I can only make it inactive, and for some cleanup I may need support to remove it.

I was manually assigning imported fuel and toll transactions to drivers because I did not know I needed to first create fuel cards and toll tags in the system and assign them to drivers or trucks. I had to contact support to find where to set this up.

I need invoice numbering to continue from our current sequence, but I can't set the starting invoice number myself in the product. I have to send support the number and have it changed internally.

I needed to add detention to a load that was already invoiced, but the usual detention field did not appear. I did not know I had to open the invoice batch and edit the invoice there for the detention to be added back to the load.

I was using weekly deductions for recurring driver charges, and it was not clear that I should be using scheduled deductions instead. Seeing both flows made it confusing, and I had to ask why the older weekly deductions option still exists.

I could not use Money Code from inside the product because the feature was not available on my account and had to be activated by the company owner through support email. I needed help just to understand how to request access.

When I add schedule payments or deductions after a statement has already been created, those deductions do not appear automatically on that statement. I have to recreate the statement or enter the deductions manually.

I wanted to delete a fuel transaction, but I couldn't find how to do it myself and had to contact support. The delete option exists under Bulk Actions, but that wasn't obvious to me.

The customer reached out and wished to upload PDFs in Attachments inside statements.
