I needed help figuring out how to cancel and archive a duplicate load because that workflow was not obvious to me in Load Management.

I needed to split a trip, but I could not find the button in the Trips area. I kept looking for the word "split" and had to ask support to point out where the action is.

I created two identical loads and need a way to delete one of them instead of only canceling and archiving it.

I expected the load to move to Delivered after the driver checked out at delivery, but it stayed pending approval until the dispatcher accepted the POD. That status flow was not obvious from the app and web workflow.

One of our dispatchers works mostly from her phone, so I need dispatcher functionality to work well on mobile. Otherwise she would have to change how she works for this system to fit our team.

The customer wants to hide the blocked customers from showing in the customer list when you create we load.

Title: Bulk Email to Drivers with File Attachments Problem: Currently, users cannot send bulk emails with attachments to all active drivers directly from the TMS. The existing Salary → Send to Driver feature only works for drivers with settlements and does not support attachments. Users must export driver emails and send messages manually through Outlook or Gmail. Request: Add a Send Email option to the Drivers section, allowing users to select specific or all active drivers and send emails with a subject, message, CC, and multiple file attachments. The system should identify drivers without email addresses and show sent/failed delivery results. Benefit: Simplifies communication by allowing Dispatch/CS teams to send policy updates, safety notices, and documents to multiple drivers directly from the TMS.

Issue Description: Currently, when a driver uploads a document, such as a Proof of Delivery (POD), through the driver app, When the Admin access the document the Document Management popup displays the dispatcher’s name under the “Added By” field instead of the driver who originally uploaded the document. As shown in the screenshot, the activity log indicates that the driver uploaded the Proof of Delivery, but the Document Management popup identifies the dispatcher as the person who added it. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to identify the original uploader. Requested Enhancement: Update the document tracking functionality to accurately display the name of the person who originally uploaded the document. Uploaded By: Display the driver's name when the document is uploaded through the driver app. Approved By: Display the dispatcher's name when the dispatcher reviews and approves the uploaded document. Approval Tracking: Maintain a clear distinction between the person who uploaded the document and the person who approved it.

Right now its not possible to filter all split trips because it showing up not splitted trip as well
