The Fleet Issues list shows only truck/trailer numbers, not the driver assigned to that unit. Fleet managers can't look up maintenance history by driver — they'd have to remember which unit number each driver has. This blocks adoption of Fleet Issues entirely for teams whose workflow is driver-centric, since knowing which driver had which issue matters even when the cost is a company charge rather than a driver charge.

Proposed Solution

Add a Driver column to the Fleet Issues list view.

Auto-populate it from the current truck/trailer assignment rather than requiring manual entry (units in these fleets are always assigned).

Make the column searchable/filterable so a manager can type a driver name and see every fleet issue tied to that driver.

Scope is Fleet Issues only — no change requested to the Work Orders list.
