I find it challenging to manually track expiration dates for driver documents as our number of drivers grows. It would be beneficial to automate SMS reminders so that drivers receive a text message one month before their CDL, Medical Card, truck registration, annual inspection, or other important documents expire. This would streamline our workflow and ensure timely compliance.
