Automate the process of receiving final payment statuses from RTS (via the Payments report).

Currently, all payments are marked manually, one by one — this is very time-consuming.

We need to automate the two-way status update process, including receiving final payment status from RTS as well.

If the client payment has been received, RTS should return a status — such as "Financed" or another clear marker — to indicate that the funds were collected from the broker.
