Currently, users cannot send bulk emails with attachments to all active drivers directly from the TMS. The existing feature only works for drivers with settlements and does not support attachments. Users must export driver emails and send messages manually through Outlook or Gmail.

Add a option to the Drivers section, allowing users to select specific or all active drivers and send emails with a subject, message, CC, and multiple file attachments. The system should identify drivers without email addresses and show sent/failed delivery results.

Simplifies communication by allowing Dispatch/CS teams to send policy updates, safety notices, and documents to multiple drivers directly from the TMS.
