Cash Advance should be billable even the card was assigned later, example: there are some transactions on CADV but the card is not assigned to driver, so transactions will be BILLABLE NO, after assigning card to driver the transactions will be still billable NO which is not correct, it should be changed automatically to BILLABLE YES

In this case, when the fuel card is assigned to a vendor, all transactions go to the vendor, including cash advances.
Is it possible to add an additional billable option for the cash advance transactions?
