At the moment, the Load Management screen doesn’t clearly show whether the driver has completed Check-In / Check-Out at Pickup.

Currently, the system requires dispatchers to manually open the Load card and read the Log/Event history, or try to interpret the Pickup times, which is also inefficient.

We suggest adding additional tracking points or status indicators for driver actions at Pickup locations to improve visibility and workflow.

After driver click checkout pick up -> dispatcher's workspace (load management) appear Load Status - Pickedup
