Our customers' fleet managers work directly with drivers in the yard, usually with only a phone — no PC. We need a mobile-first flow that lets them:

Take photos of the truck and assign it (with a trailer) to a driver

Record all equipment issued with the truck (straps, chains, spare tire, etc.)

On return, run an inspection and start a work order from it — capturing needed repairs and any additional equipment required

Goal: fleet managers can assign, document, and process truck returns entirely from the field, no computer needed.
