The customer, "actfreight", reached out and mentioned that he doesn’t want factoring fees to be counted in Financial Report under the Factoring column, for Amazon loads. Can we please check and do the needful?

Just to emphasize that this is throwing financial reports numbers off. We have to do lot of manual work to fix the financial reports.

I'd say, any broker for which we do direct billing must be excluded from factoring fee calculation in financial reports.
