We would like to share a few suggestions that we believe could make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly.

Would it be possible to add an advanced search feature similar to Google Drive? It would be extremely helpful if users could search for any keyword, number, or piece of information - even if it appears inside a document - and receive all matching results. This would make locating specific files and information much faster.

Would it be possible to add a detailed activity log that shows which user account created, updated, edited, or deleted information? This feature would be especially valuable for larger companies with multiple employees. It would allow managers and supervisors to monitor team activity, improve accountability, and better oversee day-to-day operations.

It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to move documents between folders. If a document is accidentally uploaded to the wrong folder, users should be able to transfer it to the correct location instead of deleting it and uploading it again. This would save time and help prevent duplicate work.

It would also be great to have the ability to rename documents after they have been uploaded. This would make it much easier to correct naming mistakes or update document titles without having to upload the file again.

Another feature that would save a significant amount of time is the ability to approve an entire folder with a single action instead of approving each document individually. It is common for a folder to contain ten or more documents, and marking each one as approved separately can be very time-consuming. A bulk approval option would greatly improve efficiency for teams that process large volumes of documents every day.
