Issue Description:

Currently, when a driver uploads a document, such as a Proof of Delivery (POD), through the driver app, When the Admin access the document the Document Management popup displays the dispatcher’s name under the “Added By” field instead of the driver who originally uploaded the document.

As shown in the screenshot, the activity log indicates that the driver uploaded the Proof of Delivery, but the Document Management popup identifies the dispatcher as the person who added it. This creates confusion and makes it difficult to identify the original uploader.

Requested Enhancement:

Update the document tracking functionality to accurately display the name of the person who originally uploaded the document.

Uploaded By: Display the driver's name when the document is uploaded through the driver app.

Approved By: Display the dispatcher's name when the dispatcher reviews and approves the uploaded document.

Approval Tracking: Maintain a clear distinction between the person who uploaded the document and the person who approved it.
