Right now, there are a lot of items under this section that are not actually related to reporting a safety event. Some of the options also don’t make much sense from a native English speaker’s perspective.

I think this section should be simple and only include:

Accidents

Cargo Damage

DOT Inspections

Incidents

Citations

For example, right now it also shows things like physicals, alcohol tests, annual reviews, and meetings. I don’t understand why these are under “Report an Issue.” These are not safety events that a driver needs to report.

I think we should reorganize this section so it is much clearer and easier for drivers to understand and use.
