Extra-mile pay (non-revenue miles) currently has no dedicated field on driver statements. It's being forced into the general "Other Pay" line-item structure, which is built as a generic quantity × rate model — not a true miles/tariff calculation.

This causes a display problem: a charge like 266 miles at $0.90/mile ($239 total) shows on the statement as "rate: 266" and "payment: $239." Drivers read this as a shortfall (they see "266" and expect $266, not $239), triggering pay disputes even though the calculation is correct.

Why it matters

Line-haul rate/RPM figures should not be affected by non-revenue mile pay — it needs to sit outside the standard earnings table (similar to how detention/layover are handled), so it doesn't skew RPM reporting.
