Currently, DataTruck notifies the team when a maintenance or repair request is created, but there is no automatic notification when the work order is marked as Completed.

Because of this, the Safety or Maintenance team has to manually check completed work orders to know when a repair has been finished. This can make it difficult to keep track of completed repairs and follow up on them in a timely manner.

Requested Change:

Please add an automatic notification when a work order is marked as Completed.

The notification should be sent to the selected Safety/Maintenance users and include the relevant information, such as:

Truck or Trailer

Work order / repair information

Completion status

Completed date

This would allow the responsible team members to know immediately when a repair has been completed without having to manually check the Maintenance section.

Expected Behavior:

Once a work order is marked as Completed, DataTruck should automatically notify the configured Safety/Maintenance users through the selected notification method.
