Old weekly deductions flow is confusing

I was using weekly deductions for recurring driver charges, and it was not clear that I should be using scheduled deductions instead. Seeing both flows made it confusing, and I had to ask why the older weekly deductions option still exists.

We set up deductions the wrong way and needed correction. It is not clear when to use weekly deduction/other pay versus scheduled payments or payroll charges, so payroll setup feels easy to misconfigure.
