One-Time Charge for Dispatchers

Currently, the system supports One-Time Charge functionality for certain users, but this option is not available for Dispatchers.

We would like to add the One-Time Charge option for dispatchers as well.

Requested Functionality

Add a One-Time Charge option to the Dispatcher payment/charge settings.

Allow users to enter a specific one-time amount for a dispatcher.

The charge should be applied only once and should not automatically repeat for future settlements.

The charge should be reflected correctly in the dispatcher’s settlement/payment calculation.

This would allow companies to handle one-time payments or charges for dispatchers in the same way they currently handle them for other applicable users.
