I need to create a damage report safety task when a facility reports trailer damage and no driver was involved. Requiring a driver forces me to enter incorrect information, and without that I cannot create the task accurately.

I need an option to record the facility as the source of trailer damage instead of forcing me to choose a driver. Some damage is found or reported by the facility, and driver attribution does not fit those cases.
