We would like to add a permission feature for the Notes section within a Load.
Currently, if one user creates a note, another user can edit that note. The system also does not record these edits in the Events section.
We would like to have the following functionality:
A user who creates a note should be the only user allowed to edit it, or editing should be restricted based on user permissions.
Any edits to an existing note should be recorded in the Events section, including who made the change and when it was changed.
This would help prevent unauthorized changes and provide a clear audit history for Load Notes.
