The customer, MILSPED FREIGHT LLC, reached out and requested to view the complete time when they open a load inside the Dispatch Board 2.0. Currently, they would only see the latest time load can be picked up, for example 09:00 PM. But, in the case of a FCFS load, where there's a time between, for example, 06:00 - 09:00, they want to see this time when a load is opened.
