There should be an alert for repeated maintenance. For instance if there was a work order created for Brake Issue 3 months ago and we're creating another work order today for Brake Issue for the same issue then it should give an alert or a flag that there was a Brake Issue on this unit 3 months ago as well.

Expose Open API endpoint to attach PDF for work orders in for ETS integation
It would be nice to not have to specify the "user" on a work order if possible at all. If that is a required field, then it would be much better to have an API available that can pull the users list so we can present a list of users to assign to the work order instead of having a text field.
