Historical Driver types are not saved in trip activity or reports or fuel integrations

If the driver type changes from company to owner operator, right now all historical data, trips, fuel and toll transactions changed to owner operator. However, it should save historical state

Improve the financial report

Currently the financial report does not include bill statements (only driver statements), fixed expenses for trailers, and there is no accounting for work orders on trailers.

Once we export Invoice batch it doesn't have Customer MC on file. It has only Customer name, but factoring requesting to upload excell file with Customer MC included
