Pull actual driven mileage from the ELD telematics feed and store it as the Trip mileage on the load, instead of relying on calculated/PC*Miler mileage when ELD data is available. Original ticket had no detail — reach out to requester to confirm which ELDs should drive this and whether the calculated mileage should still be retained alongside.

Calculate each driver's accumulated home time and display it on the driver profile (and ideally on the vacation/home-time board).

Add a column on the Vacation Board showing when each Home Time Request was created, so requests can be sorted/filtered by submission date.

Today, editing a safety task that's already on a settlement requires deleting it from the settlement, making the change, and re-adding it. Allow in-place edits while the task remains attached to the settlement.

Add permission scopes so dispatcher roles can be restricted from seeing sensitive driver information (e.g. SSN, DOB, banking details) on the driver file.

When Samsara is integrated, automatically read the truck's current mileage from Samsara and prefill it into new Work Orders, instead of requiring manual entry.

Today, a Work Order can only be assigned/billed to a single driver. Allow repair expenses to be allocated across multiple drivers within the same Work Order.

Today SCLE product transactions are bundled into the same Fuel Costs column. Split them into a separate column on the Financial Report so SCLE-related spend can be tracked independently.

Allow Pay-To information (bank name, company name, routing details) to be added to non-driver employee profiles (Accounting, Safety, etc.) — same fields currently available for drivers.

Add an export action on the Vacation Board that lets users pick a time period and export the data to CSV/XLSX.
