Additional Format for Driver Payment

I pay my drivers a base rate and if they hit a min miles for the week, we pay miles above that number. That way we can reduce turnover. Can we possibly have this type of driver pay method set up. Not only is this good for my company but any other MC with an open mind can benefit. Drivers don't have to stress about not getting enough miles and that significantly lowers the risk of them leaving a company. Example: Driver gets 260 per day on duty regardless of miles driven. Once he exceeds 2800 miles in a week, we then add in .70 miles for any miles driven above 2800 for the week.

adding charges only for daily basis I mean only for active days. For example trailer charge is 200$ weekly but will be charges only for used days.

Need to send invoice to the broker second time - when broker did not pay - need to send let's say 10 invoices - same broker - different batches - from invoice section - need to select required invoices and send the invoices again - to go to 10 separate batches to open each send 1 invoice and close and do it 10 times it's not an option - please fix it
