Currently, the Commission dropdown on the Load page shows both active and inactive dispatchers. This makes it difficult to find the correct dispatcher and can lead to selecting the wrong one. We already have a Hide Terminated Drivers setting for drivers. We would like a similar option for dispatchers to hide inactive dispatchers from the Commission dropdown.

I need to add new stop types so we can distinguish every leg of a load. The fixed stop-type list is limiting our workflow.

I need to be able to add a custom expense for our trucks. Right now that option is grayed out, so I cannot enter the expense type I need for tracking.

I want to separate trucks into groups such as VANs, stepdecks, and reefers inside the system, instead of managing them all together.

I would like to have the ability to add a SOLD status and an accident status directly to the Status drop-down menu in the truck section. This would streamline our workflow by allowing us to quickly update and manage the status of our trucks without having to navigate to a different section for Fleet Status.

I noticed that when trying to update the broker's address on my invoice, there is no option to select Puerto Rico. It would be beneficial to have Puerto Rico as an available address option for brokers, alongside Mexico, Canada, and the US.

In the truck section of the application, there's a part labeled 'Others'. We would like to have the ability to add more options to this section to better categorize and manage our fleet data.

When adding an extra stop in the load or trip, it would be helpful to have an option named 'Stop'. For instance, if a driver goes to a scale to weigh the load, it's not covered by any existing options. Using 'Go to YARD' or similar options might cause confusion, especially for billing purposes. Having a clear 'Stop' option would simplify the process and reduce potential misunderstandings.

We would like to have a feature similar to the existing Blocked Brokers functionality, but for locations. The goal is to allow companies to maintain a list of blocked pickup and delivery locations where loads cannot be created. This would help companies enforce internal policies by preventing dispatchers from accidentally creating loads to or from restricted locations. This feature would: Allow administrators to create and manage a company-wide list of blocked locations. Prevent users from selecting blocked locations when creating or editing loads. Reduce manual oversight and prevent policy violations. Improve operational consistency across the company. Having a Blocked Locations feature, similar to Blocked Brokers, would provide better control over where the company is willing to operate and eliminate the need to manually monitor restricted locations.

I would like to know if your development team has implemented Default Expense/Charges Natures. If they have, I need a list of all of them along with their types and categorizations. My goal is to reduce the number of expense types, and if there are duplicates, we need to remove one. If the default cannot be deleted, I need to identify them and start using them while inactivating the old duplicates.
