I needed to remove a load from an invoice batch, but I could not delete it on my own. I had to contact support to learn that I first needed to undo the load and then delete it.

I needed to see delivered loads that are ready to invoice, but I couldn't find where to do that. I was looking for a delivered sub-status column and didn't realize I needed to use the invoice sub-status/export workflow instead.

If a client has created a credit memo, there is currently no way to delete it, and editing the credit memo requires entering 0 in the amount field and leaving required fields blank. UX issue.

Information about document issues needs to be displayed in the created invoice batch.

Problem When a load is already added to an invoice batch and a driver salary/settlement, making even a small edit to that load requires a long manual sequence. The load is locked, so there's no way to just open it, change it, and save. Current workflow (per edit) Go to the invoice batch and remove the load from it Go to the salary/settlement and remove the load from it Unlock the load Make the change Go back to the invoice batch and re-add the load Go back to the salary/settlement and re-add the load That's up to six steps across three screens for one small change, and it has to be repeated every time. Requested solution Let users edit a locked load in place. Ideally, editing a load that's tied to an invoice batch and/or settlement should either: Auto-detach the load, unlock it for editing, and auto-reattach it to the same batch and settlement on save — all from a single "Edit load" action, or Allow inline edits to the load while it stays attached, with the linked invoice and settlement updating automatically. Impact Removes repetitive back-and-forth navigation, cuts the risk of forgetting to re-add a load to a batch or settlement, and speeds up a routine task the accounting team hits frequently.

Add an 'Invoice Author' (created-by) column to the Invoices and Batches folders so invoices can be sorted by the person who generated them. Reporting and team workload tracking depend on this. Bonus: include the same column in the add-load dialog from the Batches folder.

We need the ability to configure the number of decimal places displayed in invoice amounts directly in the system settings. Specifically, we require the option to display amounts with three decimal places (e.g., 1,526.175 instead of 1,526.18) to comply with our internal accounting and customer requirements. This feature would greatly assist us in maintaining accurate financial records and meeting customer expectations.

I would like to have an accounting manager column available inside the batch. This feature would help streamline our accounting processes by providing quick access to relevant managerial information directly within the batch interface.

I am unable to change the 'INVOICE' title in the Payment Wizard section. It would be beneficial to have the option to modify this title to better suit our documentation needs.
