I thought I had selected the correct QuickBooks account and saved the settings, but the export still did not go through. I needed support to show me that each Driver salary section must be opened and mapped individually, which was not obvious from the setup flow.

I need closed driver statements to export to QuickBooks Online as a single Bill using only the final Net Pay amount. I do not want separate Earnings, Other Pay, Deduction, or Driver Balance lines included, and I need a way to map that Net Pay total to the Contract Driver & Owner-Operator Settlements account.

When I send invoices to QBO, Datatruck says the send was successful, but nothing appears in QBO until every invoice item is mapped. I had to contact support to learn that this mapping step was required and which linehaul items still needed mapping.

Currently, I have to open each batch individually to send driver salary statements to QuickBooks. It would be much more efficient if I could send all statements at once without having to open each batch separately. This would save time and streamline the process.
