I needed a report that shows driver pay and the related customer together in one sheet for accounting and payroll. I could not find how to build this myself and had to ask support before learning it was possible through a custom report.

We calculate Net Profit based on Driver Gross, please add option to have reports based on Driver Pay in REPORT CALCULATOR

Current Behavior: Currently, Net Profit is calculated based on Total Pay. Requested Change: We calculate Net Profit based on Driver Gross instead. We would like this calculation to be configurable based on the business model. The system should allow each business to configure which amount should be used as the basis for the Net Profit calculation, such as Total Pay or Driver Gross, depending on their business model. This should be a configurable setting rather than a fixed calculation in the system.

I need to see what we spend on trucks each month. I am trying to use this for monthly cost tracking, but I do not have the monthly spending view I need.

Currently, there is no export function available for the Dispatch Board. It would be helpful to have the ability to export the information shown on the dispatcher board to an Excel file for easier data analysis and record-keeping.

Currently, when multiple dispatchers are assigned to the same trip, the Profit by Dispatcher report only shows the dispatcher who is shown in Commission with the full amount. We would like the report to show all dispatchers assigned to the trip, based on their commission/rate settings in the trip. This is important because we use this report to compare and calculate dispatcher salaries. Currently, the report does not match the actual dispatcher assignments, which creates discrepancies when comparing monthly payments. Please update the report so that each dispatcher assigned to a trip is shown with the corresponding amount based on their assigned rate.

Currently, DataTruck calculates RPM (Revenue Per Mile) based on Load Pay only. The customer would like a configuration that allows users to choose which value is used for the RPM calculation. Requested enhancement: Add a setting where users can select the RPM calculation method: Load Pay, or Total Pay. This would give companies the flexibility to use the calculation method that best matches their business and reporting requirements.

Allow the Overview section data to be exported as a .pbix file so Power BI users can load it directly into their dashboards.

Recurring expenses entered against trailers aren't currently rolled into Financial Reports or the Reports Calculator. Include them so trailer-side costs show up in financial analysis.

I need a report in the DRIVERS section that includes both the driver balance and their employment status. This would help me assess financial losses when drivers do not pay. Currently, I can only export driver balances without employment status, which requires additional steps in Excel.
