I wanted to show the driver's company name on statements instead of the driver name, but I couldn't find how to do that myself and had to contact support for instructions.

When preparing a settlement batch, I need drivers to be shown in the order of my list. Right now the batch is disorganized, and I could not set or preserve the driver order I need.

I needed help figuring out how to add a truck payment to a statement. The current workflow is not obvious and requires indirect steps, such as creating scheduled payments and then manually adding charges in the settlement.

I needed help figuring out how to put the correct MC on a settlement. It works during salary batch creation, but that step was not obvious to me.

I needed help figuring out how to add or change the logo that appears on settlements. The setting exists, but I could not find where to update it on my own.

I need a way to change the MC on an existing settlement or salary batch instead of recreating the batch with the correct MC.

One-Time Charge for Dispatchers Currently, the system supports One-Time Charge functionality for certain users, but this option is not available for Dispatchers. We would like to add the One-Time Charge option for dispatchers as well. Requested Functionality Add a One-Time Charge option to the Dispatcher payment/charge settings. Allow users to enter a specific one-time amount for a dispatcher. The charge should be applied only once and should not automatically repeat for future settlements. The charge should be reflected correctly in the dispatcher’s settlement/payment calculation. This would allow companies to handle one-time payments or charges for dispatchers in the same way they currently handle them for other applicable users.

I expected one-time charges to be added based on dates, but that only works if a specific accounting setting is enabled. I had to contact support and spend extra time to figure out that "Calculate one time charge by date" needed to be turned on.

I want dispatcher salary to work the way it did before the 2.0 update, or to have an option to switch back. We did not change anything on our side, and the new version replaced the setup we had been using.

I am confused about why dispatcher net pay is calculated from Dispatch Pay instead of Load Pay, especially on split loads and TONU cases. I had to ask support multiple times to understand why the displayed values and calculation base do not match my expectation.
