I need to create a damage report safety task when a facility reports trailer damage and no driver was involved. Requiring a driver forces me to enter incorrect information, and without that I cannot create the task accurately.

We would like to have a dedicated Driver Performance & Disciplinary History section in DataTruck TMS to maintain a complete record of each driver's performance over time. Use Cases The section should allow users to record and track items such as: Late deliveries Missed appointments Load claims Customer complaints Traffic violations Preventable accidents Broker deductions caused by driver actions Written warnings / disciplinary actions Coaching sessions Positive performance notes Benefits This would allow companies to maintain a complete performance history for every driver, including: Total number of warnings or write-ups Coaching history Repeated performance issues Overall driver performance trends Better decision-making when assigning loads or evaluating drivers Dispatcher Notification It would also be very helpful if users could configure certain performance notes or disciplinary records to appear as a pop-up warning whenever a dispatcher assigns a load to that driver. This would ensure dispatchers are aware of any important concerns before assigning work. Expected Outcome A centralized Driver Performance module with configurable categories, history tracking, reporting, and optional dispatcher alerts would significantly improve driver management and operational safety.

Is it possible to add an option that allows safety staff to add files inside "Safety // Compliance // Safety Board" for truck, driver and trailer?

I noticed that documents with expiration dates, such as medical cards and annual inspections, are not being read automatically by your system. It would be beneficial if the system could automatically read and process these expiration dates to streamline document management.

I would like the option to make the driver name field optional when creating a new safety task. This flexibility would help streamline the process when the driver's name is not immediately necessary or available.

I find it challenging to manually track expiration dates for driver documents as our number of drivers grows. It would be beneficial to automate SMS reminders so that drivers receive a text message one month before their CDL, Medical Card, truck registration, annual inspection, or other important documents expire. This would streamline our workflow and ensure timely compliance.

We want drivers to receive notification about their document experation as CDL, MVR and Clearinghouse

Being able to view and download CDL, Truck registration kind of documents from the app would be extremely helpful, especially when we get requests outside of regular office hours.

Currently, I have to enter each driver's profile to view images added to documents. It would be more efficient if there was a way to view these images directly without having to navigate into each profile.

I need the ability to order lists by expiration date, such as having the latest expiration date at the top. Currently, the system shows an older expiration date, like 10/20/2022, even when there is a more recent one, like 05/30/2027. It would be helpful to have an arrow or option to sort these fields accordingly.
