We only need PODs and not BOLs. It would be helpful to have an option to block drivers from uploading BOLs in the system settings.

Currently, I can only upload delivery photos in jpg or png formats, which is not very convenient. It would be beneficial to have the option to upload PDF files as well, as this format is commonly used and would streamline the process.

The Rate Confirmation contains various reference numbers that drivers may need when picking up or delivering a load, such as: BOL Number Pickup Number Reference Number Other load-related reference numbers Currently, only the Pickup Number is visible to the driver in the Driver App. Other reference numbers from the Rate Confirmation are not displayed. We would like to make all relevant load reference numbers visible in the Driver App. This is especially important when the company chooses not to show the full Rate Confirmation to the driver. In that case, dispatchers currently have to manually provide these reference numbers to the driver, which creates additional work and can lead to miscommunication. Displaying these reference numbers directly in the Driver App would make the pickup and delivery process easier and ensure drivers have all the necessary information.

It would be beneficial to have a report that pools data from the driver app usage history. This report should allow us to see which drivers have used the driver's app, providing a comprehensive view of app activity in one place. Such a feature would streamline the process of monitoring driver engagement with the app.

Currently, when a trailer is assigned only to a specific trip (for example, in hook-and-drop scenarios), the trailer is not assigned to the driver's profile. Because of this, the trailer's documents are not visible in the Driver App. Requested enhancement: If a trailer is assigned to a trip, make its documents available in the Driver App for the assigned driver, even if the trailer is not assigned to the driver's profile. This would support hook-and-drop operations and allow drivers to access the required trailer documents without requiring a manual trailer assignment in the driver's profile. This would reduce manual work and ensure drivers always have access to the correct trailer documents for the trip.

Today the 'Tap Map To Navigate' action in the Driver app only opens Apple Maps or Google Maps, neither of which is ideal for trucking. Add Trucker Path as a third option.

I need to receive notifications in the DT Express app when a driver is loaded or unloaded. This feature would help me stay informed about driver activities, especially after hours, without having to rely on the web version. It would be beneficial to have these notifications directly in the app for better accessibility and convenience.

Currently, drivers can upload BOL documents in the Driver App only if the file size is under 20 MB. Please increase the maximum file size limit to allow larger BOL documents to be uploaded. This would help drivers avoid upload issues when working with high-quality scans or multi-page documents.

I had two deliveries stopping in different locations, but I could not upload the bill of lading for my second delivery after uploading for the first. Allowing multiple uploads for different deliveries would enable me to manage my paperwork more effectively.

Currently, the DT Express mobile app does not receive notifications. We would like DT Express to support push notifications for important events, similar to the web application. For example: Driver check-in notifications Driver check-out notifications Other operational notifications related to loads and drivers This would allow users who primarily use DT Express on their mobile devices to stay informed without having to constantly check the app manually.
