Problem Track-and-trace staff work almost entirely from the Dispatch Board, not the load board or the notification panel. Today, the only way to know a driver has uploaded a BOL or POD is to (1) follow each load individually and (2) rely on the pop-up notification panel with BOL/POD-upload toggles enabled. This forces the team into double work — managing drivers on the Dispatch Board while separately monitoring the load section for document uploads — and uploads are easily missed or forgotten. Documents can sit un-reviewed (neither accepted nor rejected) with no indication on the board where staff actually spend their time. Requested solution Add a visual alert directly on the Dispatch Board — a red icon (or badge) on any dispatched load that has a BOL or POD uploaded but not yet accepted or rejected. Clicking the load should take the user straight into the document so they can review, accept, or reject it without leaving the board. Behavior details Trigger: a load in dispatched status has an uploaded BOL/POD in "pending review" state (not accepted, not rejected). Indicator clears automatically once the document is accepted or rejected. Applies to the Dispatch Board view specifically, so it does not depend on the user following the load or watching the notification panel. Should work for track-and-trace roles as the primary audience, but visible to any user on the board. Why it matters Eliminates screen-switching and manual load-following for the track-and-trace team, prevents missed/un-reviewed driver documents, and keeps document review in the single view where these users already operate.
