When duplicate driver accounts appear, I can’t merge or remove them on my own and have to ask support each time. I keep finding more duplicates while working, so relying on support to merge and delete profiles is cumbersome.

I wasn't sure how to read time-off information. I expected a notification-style view, but I had to be directed to the Vacation Board to see approved requests and their status.

I would like to assign a single email address to both drivers in our system. This feature would streamline communication and ensure that both drivers receive the same information simultaneously.

If I set home time for a driver, I need it to appear in the driver's app. Right now that setting does not show there.

Can you fill in the required fields, that is, vendor's email and billing email option when we indicate the Pay To (vendor) inside driver profile

I need to see what type of vehicle each driver is assigned to. Currently, there isn't an option to view the vehicle type for each driver. It would be helpful to have this feature to manage and assign vehicles more effectively.

if first and last name is matching while creating a driver then it recognize as duplicate

Integrating with ELD, not all data coming. I would also like the system to add new drivers when you create them in ELD itself.
